The current process for companies on the Basic plan to upgrade to the Plus plan is manual, time-consuming, and cumbersome for administrators. The application does not leverage existing employee data, causing redundancy and confusion. As a result, fewer companies are upgrading to the Plus plan, leading to lost revenue and missed opportunities to meet customer needs. By simplifying and streamlining the health benefits application process, we aim to address these pain points and increase Plus plan adoption.
SOLUTION
The solution focuses on streamlining the health benefits application process for existing customers upgrading from the Basic to Plus plan. This includes leveraging existing employee data to reduce redundancy, improving the user experience for administrators, and enhancing internal notification systems to ensure timely processing. By making the application faster, easier, and more intuitive, we aim to increase Plus plan adoption, shorten the sales cycle, and improve customer retention.
